Rob Anzalone co-founded Fenwick Keats in 1989 along with Jeff Wolk.  Originally from Long Island, Rob seeks to instill Fenwick Keats with the same spirit of loyalty and integrity his clients, agents and employees have enjoyed for over 20 years.  His hands-on approach has fostered a tremendous following from the scores of agents who have become top industry performers under Rob’s personal guidance.  Approachable and sincere, Rob personally runs an agent training program that is one of the most popular in the city.  An alumnus of both the American University in Paris and New York University, Rob is a mentor at the Covenant House and volunteers at the AC&C Animal Shelter.

Jeff Wolk is the Chief Operating Officer for Fenwick Keats Management, Inc., a boutique property management company with ~60 properties and approximately units under management. Wolk co-founded Fenwick-Keats Realty in 1989 along with Rob Anzalone. In 2015, they sold the brokerage, Fenwick Keats Real Estate to Sotheby’s International Realty.

Robert DeLeonardis, Managing Partner

Robert began his career in real estate in 1989 with the Goodstein organization, one of the largest residential property managers and premier residential brokerage in NYC. He was the top-producing agent for nine consecutive years at Goodstein Residential, until he was promoted to run the day-to-day business in 1999, where he increased company sales by more than 70 percent. In 2006, Goodstein merged with Fenwick Keats Real Estate, where Robert served as managing partner. In 2015, Fenwick Keats Real Estate was acquired by Sotheby’s International Realty. Robert runs the day to day operations for Fenwick Keats Management.

 

 

Lisa Malvey, Chief Financial Officer

With Fenwick Keats for over 25 years, Lisa is the Chief Financial Officer. She was previously an Accounting Manager for the Retail Sales Audit Division of U. S. General Supply. Lisa is a native New Yorker and volunteer member of the Speaker's Bureau for the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

 

 

Robyn Sanderson, Senior Vice President/Senior Property Manager

Robyn began her career in Real Estate almost 25 years ago, originally as a Real Estate Paralegal and for nearly 20 years as a Senior Property Manager, Senior Vice President and Licensed Salesperson with Fenwick Keats Management.  Knowledgeable in all aspects of property management, Robyn represents both individual investors as well as owners of multi-unit properties including cooperatives, condominiums and rental units.  She is a member of The New York Association of Residential Managers (NYARM) and is active in her Temple, particularly in volunteering on a monthly basis at a homeless shelter.  Robyn is a graduate of Nassau Community College and St. John’s University.  She is a native New Yorker and lives on Manhattan’s Upper East Side with her husband Bruce, an attorney and Associate Broker.

 

Sandra Castellano, Senior Property Manager

Sandra Castellano has been successfully managing cooperative, condominium, and rental properties since January 2000, with her proactivity, organization, experience, and passion for her career. As a Senior Account Executive, Sandra’s capabilities include all aspects of property management from managing all major capital improvement projects to budget preparation, overseeing staff, coordinating unit turnover/ renovation, city compliance, and conflict resolution. She leads Boards to be fiscally responsible and works independently with minimal supervision. She is a self-starter, and has a very “hands-on” approach to her boards/building owners.

Greg served as a Detective with the NYPD for 21 years prior to joining Fenwick Keats Management. He is an expert on conflict resolution, building security issues and New York City regulations. Additionally, Greg’s contacts throughout government agencies as well as within the various municipal organizations that provide power, water and other utilities to properties in Manhattan allow for smoother building operations.
 
 
 
 

 

Mary Glascock, Property Manager/Consultant

Prior to joining Fenwick Keats, Mary was a Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Aegon USA Realty Advisors LLC. In her role as Real Estate Portfolio Manager, Mary was primarily responsible for managing multi-family properties located in and around New York City, which entailed directing the day-to-day rental and sales operations of the assets, preparing and monitoring budgets, tracking the portfolio's performance, and reporting to senior management. She also managed other asset classes including Section 42 affordable housing, warehouse facilities and self-storage properties. Prior to joining Aegon, Mary served as a Financial Analyst and Mortgage Loan Portfolio Manager for Time Equities Inc., a major New York real estate development firm, where she managed a mortgage loan portfolio in excess of $100 million, calculated limited partnership distributions, monitored real estate tax escrow accounts and construction loan draws. Mary received her BA in History from Long Island University and her MBA from Pace University.

Nima worked with Goodstein Equities for many years prior to joining the Fenwick Keats family. With more than 10 years of real estate experience, Nima has advanced through Fenwick Keats now managing the administrative staff in three Manhattan offices.  A native of South America, Nima entered the US with her parents when she was 9 years old and has lived in Queens for over 20 years.

Geraldine Ettu, Office Administrator

A native New Yorker, Geraldine has over twenty years experience in administrative positions both in the US and overseas. Beginning at Fenwick Keats in 1994 as a receptionist and administrative assistant, she has become an Office Administrator as the company has expanded. With exceptional organizational and technical skills, Geri coordinates the many facets of various departments within the Fenwick Keats Property Management team and its affiliate, Fenwick Keats Real Estate.
